With Design & Build, you’re in the drivers seat! We can customise any of our plans to suit you, or you have the option to start from scratch. Our team will work with you to design your home, to your unique specifications. If you have plans already drawn up, we can work with those too.
What To Think About When Building A New Home
Building a new home does include quite a few important steps, but that’s why we leave you in the very capable hands of one of our expert Classic Builders Building Consultants. They will be there to guide you throughout the process, from start to finish. When you meet with them, they’ll ask you a few questions, to get an understanding of what it is you want in your home. It pays to think about particular towns or suburbs you want to live in, how many bedrooms you’ll need, and any other aspects that you would want to include.

Once you’ve got the vision, we’ll work with you to get all your ideas down, and into your final building plans. After the planning is done, our team of trades will take care of the rest! Overseen by a dedicated Construction Manager, they’ll make sure that your build is on track to be completed on time, within budget, and to the highest of standards, before our Quality Assessor does their final check to ensure every element meets your expectations.
