Jesse & Laurens Story
Meet Jesse, Lauren, beloved dog Hayze and the newest addition to the family, little Khalil. As first home buyers, it was important to Jesse and Lauren to get into the property market and into a home that was warm, modern, well laid out and easy - somewhere to grow as a family and enjoy for many years to come!
With no complicated construction arrangements, hidden surprises, or additional costs, a House & Land package was the simple, stress-free, and affordable solution to bring their new home dreams to life!
The Plan
Architecturally designed, all Classic Builders House & Land packages maximise space, sun, and services. They are designed to suit you and your family with functionality, personalisation, and community top of mind.
Upon approaching Classic, Building Consultant Debbie showed Jesse and Lauren a few options we had available, this lot in particular ticked all their boxes!
Their brief; a three bedroom home with a small garden area for the family dog, a garage (Jesse's must-have), a nice open kitchen (Lauren's must-have), low maintenance and modern.
"It was an easy decision. We loved the area and the idea of a brand new community. The home feels very open but also cozy, it's perfect for our family."
Materials & Colour Choices
"We were surprised how many choices we were able to make."
Jesse was excited to share all the choices they made around the home to make it more 'them'! Dark carpet was a must with a baby and a dog but adding in the light wooden cabinetry and bright white walls added a fresh modern look.
The black slimline handles throughout the kitchen and bathroom complement the white brick tile walls, white ceramic bench top and wooden cabinetry well, creating a strong contrast and elevating the modern look.
Our Building Consultant was on hand to give examples of common upgrades and the associated costing. "She gave us a good idea of pricing across all the various choices we could make and even shared what she had in her home. We were very well informed and it definitely helped us make some decisions.
"We've had compliments from every visitor since moving in!"
The Process & Experience
Jesse and Lauren explained that they were always in the know with what was happening throughout the building process.
"Communication from the team was fantastic and they gave us phone calls to update us on what was happening whether it was something big or even something very small. Nonetheless, each update was so exciting for us and we appreciated that high level of communication. We really didn't receive customer service like this from any other building company we engaged with."

"We definitely shopped around however when we met the team at Classic Builders, we felt like we were talking to family. Summing up their experience with Classic Builders in three words was no mean feat for Jesse who used approximately 10 words, Lauren met the brief using seamless, enjoyable, and rewarding. Noting that they wouldn't change anything about their brand new home, we are sure they are going to enjoy it for many years to come.
